Gran Gran Eaglesham's Durban Pudding

1 cup of flour
2 ounces flour
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
|

|
|
Rub butter into dry ingredients and mix with beaten egg. Roll out, spread with jam. Roll the mixture up like a Roly Poly and place in a pie dish in which a cup of milk has been poured. Bake till brown and serve with custard.
