This is the most lekker ice cream and I am “famous” for it. In fact, grown men have asked if they can adopt me as their mother so that they can have a steady supply of it!
It is wickedly rich but no fuss to make.

Weenie’s Wunnerful Wicked Ice cream

2 eggs
½ cup sugar
8 granadillas (or 1 tin)
4 to 500 ml thick cream

1. separate eggs
2. cut granadillas and scoop out the pulp
3. beat sugar and egg yolks, stir in granadilla pulp
4. whip cream fairly stiff and add to mixture
5. whip egg whites stiff, then fold in to mixture
6. place in container, freeze
It does not need to be fiddled with, Just wait for it to freeze and then be a glutton!
